Stun Gun Usage - Stun Gun Protection

Unfortunately in this day and time, people have to hope for the best but be mindful of the worst and prepare accordingly.  We have sold thousands of stun guns and during this write-up we are going to discuss some of the major Do's and Don'ts of properly Choosing and Using a stun gun. 

First there are so many different kinds of stun guns available, some that look like a pager, some that look like a telephone, some that look like a lipstick bottle, some that look like a pen, some that look like knuckles, some that look like a baton, and so forth and so on.  Whatever your choice of style, you must remember that the stun gun needs to fit and feel firmly in your hand.  If it's not comfortable to you, then you most likely will not stick with using it properly.  So it will do nobody any good to buy something that you will not faithfully use.

Secondly, there is one feature, according to our experience, that is the most important feature a stun gun can have today.  It has nothing to do with what the stun gun looks like by appearance, whether the stun is rechargeable or takes batteries, and whether the stun gun has a flashlight or not.  This feature is what some commonly call a deactivation pin or safety pin.  This feature is what makes a stun gun different from any self-defense product on the market today.  This safety pin is designed to go around a man's hand or a woman's wrist.  Thereby, when an assailant attempts to grab the stun gun from you and use it against you.....it will be vertually impossible.  The safety pin will pull out of the stun gun and render the safety device deactivated.  This means they will not be able to use the device against you.  We are not attempting to sway people away from buying a stun gun that doesn't have this feature, but we feel that this safety pin feature is so important to properly providing safety to you.

Finally, the second most important feature to choosing a stun gun is the POWER of the stun gun.  Currently, the strongest stun gun available on the market today is the 2.5 million volt Cheetah stun gun.  After observing this stun gun in action, we have grown to love this device.  To us it has all the features that somebody would want like tons of power, safety pin, non-slip grip coating, bright LED light, and a nice belt clip holster.

Please note that a 150K stun gun will do the same thing that a 2.5 million volt stun gun will to an assailant, it just takes a longer period of time to take effect.  Hence that is why people are choosing to go with more power for protection.  They would rather choose a device that will drop an assailant much more quickly than one that takes many seconds to overtake a persons central nervous system.
