The Advanced M18 Series Taser is one of the most effective non-lethal weapons available today. Using Electro-Muscular Disruption technology, the Taser has a higher instant incapacitation rate than a 9mm hand gun. The M18 shoots 2 darts attached to 15 feet of wire. 50,000 volts travel over the wires & over-ride the central nervous system of the attacker. The electric current is released in a pre-timed sequence to make sure the assailant is unable to recover quickly enough to remove the darts.

Please be aware of the same restrictions as on the C2 model......you must pack a background check prior to activation. Therefore, after you order this item, we will contact you on what has to be done. We will need personal information from you when we contact you....to do the background check (i.e. Full Name, Driver's License # w/ expiration, SSN, Current Address - So you might want to include this on your order). The process for this one is different from the C2 (that model doesn't work until it is activated...but this one works and is activated immediately so we can't ship to you until we have clearance that you have passed).
If you are a civilian, then our recommendation is obtain either the 1.6 Million Stun Gun or the 2.5 Million Stun Gun....because they are a lot more effective for close contact. Unfortunately, civilians aren't going to know something is wrong until the THUG is close. When used correctly, these model stun guns can't be taken from you and used against you, due to the safety pen included. Thank You!
