M&R Surplus stands behind the products it sells. If for any reason you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from the M&R Surplus website, you can return it in its original packaging and condition within 10 days of purchase for an exchange.  Now of course some of the products come with additional manufacturer's warranties, depending on the product.  Please see the product description for their specifics.

Please contact us directly prior to returning any item for confirmation.  You have to receive our approval for returns and you are responsible for any additional shipping expenditures. 

If you incorrectly purchase items that can't be shipped to your home state, then you will be able to obtain a merchandise credit but no cash refund will be given.  Each page of this website explicitly details, the information we know, what states certain items are illegal and can't be shipped to those states.  Ultimately, it is up to the buyer to know the local laws.

For all acceptable returns, there is a 15% restocking fee and you are responsible for the shipping costs incurred.  Of course, if the return is due to a defect then there is NO restocking fee and we will gladly fix the item or send a replacement at our discretion as quickly as possible.  Special Note: In attempt to keep costs down low to our customers we will begin charging the 15% restocking fee to all customers who choose to not abide by the purchasing procedures established in this website.  For example if you purchase something with Paypal as the payment means and it specifically states that Paypal can't be used for this payment then you will pay the restocking fee and all Paypal charges.  Thank You!
