M&R Surplus stands behind the products it sells. If for any reason you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from the M&R Surplus website, you can return it in its original packaging and condition within 7 days of purchase for an exchange.  Now of course some of the products come with additional manufacturer's warranties, depending on the product.  Please see the product description for their specifics.

Please contact us directly prior to returning any item.for confirmation.  You have to receive our approval for returns and you are responsible for any additional shipping expenditures. 

If you incorrectly purchase items that can't be shipped to your home state, then you will be able to obtain a merchandise credit but no cash refund will be given.  Each page of this website explicitly details what states certain items are illegal and can't be shipped to those states.  For all acceptable returns, there is a 10% restocking fee.  Of course, if the return is due to a defect then there is NO restocking fee.
